Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

To start a return, please contact us at lh.business1@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal safety devices may be non‑returnable once opened. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order must be returned following our standard returns process.
