Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Our standard worldwide shipping timeframe is 5–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, or due to carrier disruptions.

We proudly ship to customers around the globe. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you. If your location does not appear, we are unable to ship to that region at this time.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

Important notes:

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.

  • We comply with all relevant UK, EU, and international customs regulations.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe for your region, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

In accordance with UK/EU consumer law, if a parcel is confirmed lost, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Restrictions

Some countries may restrict the import of certain safety devices or electronic alarms. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items ordered comply with local regulations.
